We do not have a physical location. We are an online store but local pick up is available.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR GET A REFUND?
Items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The items must be received within 7 days of the package being delivered to your address. Plan accordingly to allow sufficient time for your order to be returned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order you can return or exchange it. There are some conditions to our return/exchange policy, so please read them carefully.
Items purchased on can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The items must be received within 7 days of the package being delivered to your address. Plan accordingly to allow sufficient time for your order to be returned.
Returns/Exchanges will not be allowed for orders shipped from African countries.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, undefective, in its original condition with all tags and labels. All items returned must not have a smell of smoke, cologne, perfume and/or pets. Be careful when first trying on items to avoid any damage or make-up marks.
Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
When shipping returned items, it is recommended to add a tracking number and insurance. Sellers are not responsible for lost packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you notifying your return eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit for the value of the items returned will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to post to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment.
Tights, socks, swimsuits, bodysuits, beauty, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry, earrings are not allowed to be returned.
For digital downloaded merchandise there are no refunds.
Requested changes and alteration to items are non-refundable.
Sale items and final sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping & Delivery
For ready-to-wear items, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. For made-to-order items, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Please check individual product descriptions for shipping times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from Paypal.
International customers may incur additional shipping and/or customs charges when importing goods. Maelewano Motherland is not responsible for additional shipping rates and/or customs charges, incurred by customer when importing our goods. If you are unable to pay additional customs charges and choose to have the package returned to us, we will not be able to provide a refund.
